If I'm reading between the lines correctly, I would give it a little thought as to what sort of off roading you want to do and might save yourself a few pennies along the way.
If it's green laning, you'll find a few around Surrey/Hants which is not a million miles away from you. You may find that intially do the suspension lift - being a 93 I bet yours if a leafer - so it would the shackle extension bars for the rear and torsion bar whined up on the front. Then keep an eye on fleabay and you'll probably find a set of half warn 31x15" mud or A/T tyres on wheels for around the £150-£200 mark. Then if you get in to it big style, start emptying your wallet proper job.
She will need some work and a new look, but I think you guys can help me to achieve that right?
