Hi all,just checking in with you and introducing myself,I'm brian 41 just got my first fronty a t reg 2.2 rs sport,have to say really impressed with it though its a tad thirsty if you need to stick your foot down.I'll probably bug you all to death with questions when I finally get used to the beast but your safe for now I live in pembrokeshire so a 4x4 is kind of essential in the winter( last winter killed my peugot 406! ) cos we get cut off with snow,mud etc.Anyhoo great to be here and look forward to getting to know you all.

Thanks for the welcome guys.ER just how regular are the oil n filter changes guys?My fronty's got about 42.000 on the clock so I figured I'd be ok until about 48??

Best thing you can do for the engine is change the oil and filter regularly. If a petrol 2.2 the book says 10,000 miles but I change mine every 5000 to be on the safe side. For the sake of £30 every few months why wait?

If a diesel then I suspect it may be a similar interval but again more frequent changes are better.
