Hawes to Masham picsThought I'd post a few photos of a ride out I had last friday. Not exciting photos but there we go. I spend a lot of time up in Hawes at the top end of wensleydale where I've been doing some building work and have wondered for ages how I could get to Masham where my folks live using as little black top as possible. Well I'm not sure the route I took would win any prizes for directness but thanks to studying the wayfinder website and my OS maps, I managed about 23 miles of lanes in a 55 mile trip. I reckon I could of done it in about half an hour less if I'd a gate monkey

Re: Hawes to Masham picsthis was the roughest section near Angram dam. It was quite a rutted descent and I grounded out cracking the under tray. ho hum.
