Carwash was a breeze to be honest, and the pic in my signature below was taken this weekend. The wayfarer is open up to the monument from the Corwen side, but you have to do a 180 and back down again. I did read on another forum that it was acceptable to navigate around the 'hole' that is the cause of the TRO but you need a fully modded truck to do it. You would need to confirm this yourself with the council.

Not far at all mate. Once you get to the monument do a 180 back down the hill over the 'articulation' stone section and through the gate.Follow the road for 50 yards and branch left, you are then on the left fork on your way down hill.

I would urge people not to navigate around the hole as it will ultimately cause more damage! I believe that navigating around the hole will take you off the track and find it hard to believe that would be acceptable in anyone's book.

As previously stated the wayfarer is accessible to the summit from any of the 3 access points to the west.
I also drink Port and I'm not ashamed to say it!

I don't doubt you are right Phil, which is why I told him to check with the council. To be honest I am almost positive I read what I quoted on the Crag site, trying to find it now.

Bob, I've no idea on your trucks capabilities, but we are due to get some major rain over the next few days , so the carwash may be tricky matey
