For greenlane events; All events should adhere to the GLASS Code of Conduct, and please note that Rights Of Way often change and if a TRO (traffic regulation order) has been put in place by the local council you should not drive the lane. If you do not agree to the above you should refrain from taking part in the event.

i drove it 12 months ago, but last weekend i tryed it and found a gate tied up with twine so u turned as i guess the farmer doesnt want it used. looks like the lane hasnt been used since my previous visit. it a sweet lane but not passable by shinies. not sure wether to contact the farmer? click on the link below for updates on my on line picture album of my frontera, feel free to leave comments and suggestions :-0

Re: anyone with wayfinderFirst step might be to contact the local CC, ROW Officer (something I've not yet had to do).
There might be a genuine reason for the "blockage" or otherwise an illegal obstruction. If the gate was just tied shut (and not locked)and you belived the lane to be legally driveable, then of course you could of precoded. That said, I would rather turn away than partake in confrontation as I go laning to enjoy a day out, not come away with a black eye. Mind you, I did inform a CC about some building work of which the construction had cut into a lane and as it turned out the farmer did not have planning permission - but that's another story. Re: anyone with wayfinderhad a peply on difflock, a guy says on nwlrc forum, that the lane is dangerous and the bridge is unsafe and the field crossing is practically unpassable
