No mate shouldn't do as i do keep on top of whats open and not. Ther are a couple where we are going but we bypass them so we'll be ok. :wink:

We'll use one sensitive lane but as long as we stay on track we'll be ok as it's well marked :wink:

as long as we keep to the marked route we are fine on the the lanes unless there is a tro but i always check on glass before going out just to be on the safe side.
pindale has been on the hit list for a couple of years and so has houndkirk road.
drove them both last september with no problems.
a few guys from my old club went off piste on pindale last year and posted pics up on the web site which caused quite a big stir.

i will be attending..but might be bringing the wife and her friend..so need to know the level of difficulty as they will be having a go at driving (they've never been off road)..

no this will be his first time. just spoke to him he said will he have to remove his sidesteps and how rough is it going to get??

Not to rough can divert around the rough sections if needed :wink:

will be a full day out start at 10ish finish about 4.30 so a packed lunch would be needed put will finish at a pub

so his side steps are safe?

All i can say is so long as he's got a min of 18 inches clearence from groumd to step should be ok but can not say 100% that they'll be ok. Same goes for scratches and dents. It does say at the top of the topic section that it's your own risk. But what i will say is i'm going out to have a look at some of the route and i know the rest very well and it should be ok. What i wil do on the day is put the more experinced with ayup and less experinced with me. It'll be a good run i can say never had any trouble on the runs i've done up there and i've done quite a few :wink:

Only two i've been stuck on was tenter hill and roych but tenter's shut and roych is down but they aren't on the run.

i cant wiat for the 9th really looking forward to it and if you want to try and get out before to check the lanes and im off give me a shout john

rob - got my cb today its a kernow beta 1100 looks in good nic will try and wire it up soon and let you know how i get on, the ariel doesnt look much cop though. so may need to borrow the one youve got if that ok.

not a problem andy and i used to have one of the kernow 1100 and it worked a treat but i have the spare arial no probs
