Aye up! Was out yesterday and had a look at a number of lanes between Buxton and Bakewell, mostly fairly easy / moderate. Will research a few more before the day.

Gary, yes there is room for you on this trip. We will be starting off in Macclesfield, heading through Buxton area and finishing somewhere near Bakewell. As John Boy said mostly easy(ish) lanes on this one, but one or two are abit tight and scratchy. I will pm you with the meeting point and time etc.

Just got back from a great days laning, many thanks to everyone for coming, I hope you all enjoyed it and got back safe and sound. No dramas, except for the odd scratches and a tree that had blown down, this was shifted between us so we could just squeeze through. We returned to one lane on the way home and did this in the gathering gloom, passing a group of teenagers on an outward bound effort, kitted out for camping in this weather, rather them than me Everyone enjoyed the water splashes, everytime I looked round there was steaming billowing around Gary's truck .Have any of you thawed out yet, god it was raw! Many thanks to Gary's lad John who did a sterling job on the gates despite the fact it was absolutely baltic! Didn't get many pics, camera died, and most of the time I was too busy trying to remember where to go A top day, really enjoyed it. Heres a few pics that I did get anyway:

Great day proper enjoyed ourselfs MANY MANY thanks to furio (jim) for a cracking time and thanks to John boy for all the GOOD advice and calling me Dave all day Great to see Mr & Mrs SjBulldog (Neil & Nicky) again. And i will post the Pound out to you for getting our john MUDDY lol
