Strata Weekend 2012

Looks like my diesel gonna be a road train at this rate

I am just sat here going over the overlays on memory map for the weekend

Would people want to do strata on the sat which is south of the Rhayader and the camp site or do it on the sunday??
The reason i ask is the sunday is normally a shorter days laning due to traveling home :wink:

The other set of lanes are north west of Rhayader toward devils bridge and heading north if that makes sense :wink:

What do people think???

Rather be closer to home on the sunday mate, just incase!, but your the man, wotever you say is good with me. oh and we get longer playing on strata if we do it sat :wink:

How long does it take to do both runs??

Saturday will be a full days laneing 10am to 5pm :wink:

But we can finish earlier if people want :?:

Sundays finishing time will depend on the group you are in :wink:

The other thing to consider is, do people want to drive strata in both directions????

If we did Strata in both directions we could arrange for the two groups to meet up in the middle somewhere for lunch maybe? this way one group can start at one end and the other well...at the other, no problems with congestion and it means that we have all tackled the same obstacles. ie no arguing "well your way was easier"

well i will now being doing this a 3.2 V6

its standard at the moment but plan a lift new tyres and snorkal before the trip and prob a few other bits
hope an auto will handle the trip

The auto gearbox will be fine off road mate :wink:

If i was you i would change the gearbox oil and filter :wink:

Think the trips full bud, but check with Colley? Theres a list a couple of pages back with the names on there are 10 trucks goin, 2 groups of 5 to comply with GLASS. Best pm him to find out mate as hes the organiser :thumbup:
