no think im a little misunderstood on my last post
what i ment is ill talk to my mate who is a notts constab officer and ask what would be the corse of action if a horse rider or cyclist or rambler was to become injured due to people doing this sort of thing
due to the nature of the items being placed over the viking way there are defanatly some avenues he could possibly chase up for me to find out what can be done to prevent this weather he could suggest to the grantham constab or maybe have a word with the local council ect ect
example
if someone was riding a horse and the horse got caught on one of those blocks of wood the horse would throw the rider possibly causing a death or serious injury to the rider the horse would then bolt possibly causing more destruction to other people or crops ect

watch this post ill also speak to the rspca ( surfdudes wife)
she may have a couple of ideas on what they can do if a complaint was to be made about possible injury to wild life or horses
i think this falls into two catogories personal injury and wild life threat
hmmmm ill keep you all posted of any developements
