Are you doing a route Ste or do you want me to? A mystery tour maybe (Just and idea of a route) as there are plenty of lanes and areas to choose from I just dont know how tough they all are!

To be honest Neil I aint got the foggiest in that area, but going to look at what you sent on wayfarer and MM see what turns up, if everyone can do the same we can cobble something together, just wish we had some memory map overlays to check on it would make life a whole lot easier :lol:

I have got this OL7 Ordnance survey Explorer map. It shows all the lanes in good detail and if.... I will try again today.. I can get the Cumbrian Definitive map to load They update that regularly with TRO etc... If its clear on there then it ought to be OK.

Weather is clearing up a bit at the moment so maybe the lanes will dry out a bit too for next week. I know a bit of water is always fun but the rule is not to use them if they are too wet. :wink:

The Truck Haven services JCT 35 M6 is good easy spot to meet. Its off the Motorway a short way but has good carpark and fuel stop. Is Handy for me too come up thru Carnforth

When we get going we have a choice of M6 or A6...

Timing is up to you guys coming from furthest away. I can do anytime but if you are going to leave till after 9.00 I'll get roped to do the missus work run so wont get to Carnforth until 9,30 earliest which is OK I guess we will still get plenty of lane time.

Yer could get there for any time, I think Phil Sir Doris is coming from the furthest, in fact I could meet him at Charnock Richard Services.

The best I can do is Scotland Rd LA5 9** or LA6 1** as its right on the edge of a Post code area.!

It is sign posted off the M6, (use the A601M JCT 35 M6) turn left off the motorway (M6 to M601) turn left at the next RA (M601 to A6 (Scotland Road)) turn Left into Truckhaven. If you go into the carpark under the height restrictor..... The aerial will have to come off or bend WAY over I try to park up around the pump area its quite large and a group of ten 4x4's have parked and waited there before!

That sounds easy enough to find, just wait for Paul and Phil to post and we are set..

I know its late as we are going tomorrow but Sir Doris has had to pull out of the trip so we have a spare space, Jonny Ramrod was first reserve but Im unsure if he will see this in time, so any others ?
