i think hes ok i think he is having the body of my old truck to get him back up and running

Has anyone booked anywhere to stay over on Saturdee night? I need to find a place & it would be nice to close by and have a a few pints after a busy day pulling landys out :lol:

unfortunately we've got to drive back on Saturday night, 187 miles

but we can still have one shandy before we depart

If your coming the evening lanes too mart then we will be stopping in Corwen or Llangollen area. Theres plenty of b&B's out there. Could do with rough numbers of all dayers and eveningers.

What sort of time are you thinking of finishing day and evening

I'll be there all day but not staying overnight :cry:

I can see the planned day around the Mynd stopping about 4 ish. I dont want to rush the novices as this is their first outing ( and also the whole reason for the day), so they will have a nice slow day while the other 2 groups do extra lanes.

The addon miles into North Wales will run into the night, may well finish in the dark.

So it is the day on the Longmynd as a one day then for those who want an evening in Wales, almost independant of the Longmynd event.

I dont want anyone feeling uncomfortable about doing the whole thing, those who come for the day in Shropshire will have a nice day worth coming for. Those who want to follow myself Manny,Mart,Bobbins etc are more than welcome.

I agree Alex, the beginners/novices need to have and deserve as much time as they need. Like you say, that's the point of the day. Going to Wales afterwards is just a blooming good bonus and night laning
