Will be setting off from Basingstoke fully loaded ready for this on Sunday eve 12th Apr.
Will then get to Winsford and stay there getting over the shock of the truck getting this far

Well I work up here during the week and will be setting off for the campsite on Friday 19th about 4 or 5 dependant on what time I can finish work.

well looks like work is putting me on silly shifts that weekend but hopefully will be able to pop down on saturday evening and meet you all . its only 40 miles from my house so would be rude not too .

Well il be setting off around lunch on the friday, im going over to stockport n jumping on the m61 heading t m6 and north, should be there 3-4pm ish all being well

No problems this end started the Frontera today and checked its life support systems all seem to be in full working order after I ripped the bloody CD player out as it kept trying to eject a non existent CD and running the battery flat.

So Danny don't worry I won't be coming in the Green Oval I'm coming in the best 4x4 by far the FRONTERA !! :thumbup:

Theres a services not far before Lancaster that im planning a p1ss stop at, if anyonelse is driving past there around 2ish??? Could drive up in tandem maybe?

Just noticed the camp site doesn't accept groups of more than 4 unless it's a family group, has anyone looked into this ?

OK set off from Basingstoke last night, now at a base camp south of Manchester getting acclimatised to being this far from home, and taking lesson in understanding the lingo up here. Will be staying here till Friday and then push on to final camp.

Hopefully be there by 7pm at the latest. :drink:

PS do you think I would need to bring a 6 pack of beer or will 4 cans do as it only for the 2 nights
