Ok, just because Im tired and cant be bothered to read all 9 pages on this....whats the plan? As far as I have read its happening on the weekend of the 24th/25th??? Do we HAVE to pay a depsit (ie can I pay on the day as it were)?? And whats the deal with friends? I have 2 that want to come, is that ok? What day(s) are we doing some lanes, so I can work out what time I need to leave home ect.??

In short,
Camping cost is £6.50 per person per night (if required hook-up is an extra £3.00 per night). Breakfast is available in the hotel next to the camp site @ £6.00 per person per meal. Dogs & well behaved childeren are welcome

There will be 2 full days of laning (Saturday & Sunday)

The general plan is to arrive on Friday afternoon/evening
If the MMW is anything to go by, there will be a convoy coming up from London meeting @ Toddington (but I'm sure we can arrange a meet up on the M6 for you ) on Friday (if someone else wants to arrange one this time as I will already be there).

Camping Sunday night is not included in the weekend plans but as it will be a 4hour+ drive home for some, people will be staying on Sunday night (more ) This will need to be booked direct with the camp site (Tom can you confirm this )

There will be up to 4 groups of up to 5 cars, with something for all abilities. Hopefully something for the more advanced too.

I would guess while your there you will be looking at covering up to 200 miles worth of fuel, so allow this in your fuel budget.

As far as deposits etc, I understand that Tom paid the deposit on whole the campsite from the deposits paid originally but if you PM him I'm sure he'll be more than happy to accept a deposit payment to secure your pitch and place. If you want electric hook-up I'd let him know as they are limited.

If this ends up the same as the Mad March weekender it should be a cracking weekend. I'm surprised that we haven't seen a few more familiar names on the list
