When you create an account and it asks what group you are accociated with and it then asks for your membership number it is referring to your club membership number not a wayfinder membership number. So if you tell it you are a member of FOG it wants your membership number so i just made one up and it then worked fine.

It's been back for about a month now, but they are still having problems with the Trailwise software as it looks to get it's data from .co.uk rather than .org.uk
Hope they get it sorted soon. the trailwise software was great for planning a laning trip if you don't have memory map
