oh i meant to ask, what lane was it that came out by the reservoir and what was the reservoir called please

The reservoir is called Clywedog Reservoir and Im not sure what the BOAT is called but its North a bit of the reservoir.

when i eventually get my fronty I'll have to come along to these lanes, i was brought up in Abergynolwyn & moved to Brum when i was 3, my dad has only just moved back to brum in the last few months & I'm moving my caravan (yeah i know) to Tywyn in march so I can revisit home. the roads all look very familiar, but the furthest i've ever been off road is walking up dolgoch falls
