Avon Dassett Quarry. Any good?

Been checking out my local 4x4 sites and this one is pretty local to me, and £20 for the day is a bargain, im used to paying over £100 for trackdys! but looking through the gallery on there site, it looks very erm, hard! Alot of pictures of upside down landrovers. Has anyone been here, and can me and my standard 2.3td Frontera last the day? This would be my first 'proper' off road experience and have limited knowledge.

Hiya,
I used to live in Bishops Itchington, a couple of miles from Avon dassett, and there site aint too bad.
They are called Future4x4 and there is some pickies on their site. This was the site I suggested for possibly a play after the GWR attempt as not too far away.
