looking at the radar the bank i was hoping would blow through has done and the cloud bank over scotlands which would blow down and round looks like it ill not hit till around dinner but should have lost a lot of its momentum on the mountains.

and even the bbc has revised to occasional heavy showers in the north west

Hi Folks,
sorry for you confronted with foul weather...
May be this cheers you up a bit: Yesterday I was on duty with the Red Cross at a parade of some traditional clubs of Düsseldorf. They organize the famous fun fair on the banks of river Rhine each summer.
The walk through the city was very rainy and so quite wet :? Next year I should organize to be back in the ambulance or the command unit again, cause there itll be dry! I'm getting too old for this...
Kind regards,
Ian

Sorry for my pigeonenglish.

grea day out sun was shining when we left a few light showers then stoped by andys and for a natter as it had stopped raining

big thanks fo rthe bits andy grab a tent for rob and then headed off to the beach seing as we had gone all that way and then when i got there found that i had not got enough shrapen to get on to the beach and the old git on the gate was being a tospot so parked and walked over the dunes and couldnt see any one and then went for a look round stockport and then spotted a livewire going the other way so spun it round and went and said hello. to very one as rockerbilly was hiding his truck in the dunes.

the wind was little refreshing and then a light sprinkle of rain stayed for a bit then had to go and find some refreshments for the wife nd then stopped by bobster onthe way back and overall did 300miles door to door on just under £50 of lps so not a bad run out.

lets hope the next time we have some better weather.
