showing members the laning trip that they werent allowed to attend,...

As has been put in the posts previously it wasn't that people wasn't allowed to attend just that it was organised in our regular pub meet and being as we was using a bunkhouse spaces was limited to the number of sleeping spaces so thoses was filled there and then it would be a useless excersise to invite members to attend when there was no space :| and it would be totally unfair to tell people who come every month to the pub meets that they can't go so as to give someone else their space

Perhaps if anyone is so concerned at the lack of oppurtunities to go laning i will await all the trips organised in the near future and to make it fair i should say no-one on this weekends trip will put there name down to allow others to have a go

Well what has become of FOG?
As organiser,I was going to AGAIN going to try to politely answer those people who seem to enjoy making comments for the sake of causing friction and division between us...
But you know what ?.......... I cant be bothered !!

I will ask a couple of questions though,

Gregster, if you are a moderator, shouldn't you know better than to make comments as the ones you have posted in this thread ?
or is it that you feel that you now voice the opinions of the rest of FOG membership ?

Andy, can I ask you what right do you think you have ? to question what type of run we put on or what we do at a Black Country /Shropshire meet ?
Being as... ALL THE RUNS AND EVENTS ARE AGREED UPON BY THOSE PEOPLE WHO ATTEND EACH MONTH AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE MAKING OF THIS BRILLIANT GROUP !!
Not by people who just sit on their arses in front of the computer waiting to put their name down on whatever run takes their fancy, AND DO JACK TO ORGANISE VERY LITTLE ELSE OTHER THAN AN ANUAL ** * * UP.
Sad to see FOG turn into this :(

G

Andy organized the first newbie green laning day I went on and was involved in organizing the second one. Both within the last three months. Not sure that's fair comment mate.

By the same token I think Greg's post was equally over the top. But two wrongs don't make a right.
