How many miles & what's gone wrong ?I'm sure we've done this topic before, but I can't find it - it should give a good idea to new members (and even ourselves) of what can go wrong and when.
So, enter your current vehicle & mileage and what has gone wrong (not though failure of maintenance), but those unforseen issues. My entry looks like this: 2.8TDi Estate, 111,400 miles Clutch replaced at 84,000 miles Rear exhaust section broke at 104,000 miles Steering Idler Pivot replaced at 108,000 (discovered excessive play) Rear exhaust section broke (again) at 110,00 miles Fuel guage packed up at 110,000 miles. Update: 121,000 miles - turbo charger bearing seized (ouch) Fuel gauge started working again ! Update 124,000 miles - engine being replaced (reason TBA) Lawrence Last edited by Trugga on Fri Nov 16, 2007 10:48 pm, edited 2 times in total.
