Before I get into the facts are there any phone engineers in the house who could give me a bit of advice.

Thanks for the offer guys but as I've taken so long to do anything about it the missus has got an engineer to come in and fix it. Reckon I worked that well eh?

Foggy, thats why we need the phone fixed so I can get some pervy calls.Coincidentally most of them come from a Norfolk number.
