Do like the tubular bumpers plus I would have thought a lot lighter than the solid plate flavours. All helps with GVW etc.

They look like dodgy HID bulbs in your headlights...

A bar will be replaced once mi mate has bought a mandrel pipe bender, best we could do with a hand pump hydrolic bender. Bulbs are Cree LED side lights.

A bit of camera trickery I reckon, they are bright, but as bright not as they appear in the picture

What tube did you use?

1 1/2" dia and 6mm thick

I dont look forward to me having to remove it when i paint the duck

40mm blue band on mine, is it bolt on on the duck?

Its tight when it comes on and off Matt, easier with 4 people or my forklift!

it isnt a bolt on..... yet i am going to make a few spigot joints to be able to remove the exocage incase i need things like a window replace
and i know it is you greg... so it will be as many people as i can get to help and prob a engine crane for more help

The uprights onto the sliders and rear mounts have smaller diameter tube welded on inside the main tubes matt, that I used as locators when I built the cage...so if you cut round the welds it should slide off...ish...LOL
