winch bumpers / bullbars

Hi all, I've got a 2.0 frontera sport (98) and I want to get rid of my boring A frame and replace it with a hefty winch bumper or bullbar but I'm not sure what ones are going to fit....

I've been told a discovery winch bumper can be modded to fit, but I'm not sure how true that is.

Any advice or suggestions will be a great help, add pics of your frontys bumpers too

Being a 98 your right on the line of it being illegal. I can't remember what year the law changed but I think it's around 97/98.

With that said with the right tools anything can be made to fit. It's just how much effect you want to put into it. What do you want it for? Just a bumper or a function winch bumper?

Saving for a winch so just looking for what bumpers will fit.

Well what ever one you get you will need to cut and weld bit of it.

And unless there is a winch in it from the go it will be illegal
