Interweb problem

Every now and then my laptop will not connect to the web. The other laptops in the house will and Netflix will work. The only way to over come it, is by turning off the Sky modem and all will be well. Anyone know what to check, I am not a great man of patience so time is running out.

Lol are the other devices connected via wireless to the hub as well? What if you disable and re-enable wifi on your laptop without rebooting the hub does it work then?
