Hi was wondering how or where I would get my key code have heard you need it to have a new key and fob programmed, but I have also heard it can be done without having the code as long as the person has a tech2 equipment. Cheers Lee

This isn't true, there are some functions where the security codes is required to complete a task. It's there for a reason.. Although it may not stop all "bad people" it does provide some protection.

You can get a "car pass" from any Vauxhall dealer with your V5.

Also mobile locksmiths can get this data when you buy a replacement key from them for your car.
