You shouldn't need one. Loosen the nut but don't take it off then a hard pull on the steering wheel and it should just pop off.

Remember that the glowplugs might come out easier if you nip them tighter a bit before undoing them.

Once they crack loose your fine. I did mine after a drive up to temperature. In fact I have always done glow plugs that way.
