Errr .... You don't.
You copy the video URL from your web browser's address bar, then make a post here and use the 'youtube' button when you post your comment.

Go find a thread that's got videos included, then choose to quote one of the video posts. You'll be able to see exactly how it's done, just don't submit it is all.

Bobster,the videos are done using photobucket and I would like the thumbnails to be bigger than what they are now and it saves people having to view them through photobucket,as I know that some of us has problems with photobucket.
