Re: Help pleaseHave you checked your front prop Rob, the uj's are gonna be running at all sorts of new angles, and if they are tired that could cause your vibration...It could be as simple as changing your UJ's mate. Dropping the front prop and trying it in diff lock for a short test drive should prove this.

Re: Help pleaseHaving looked under a few Disco's if you lift them then the axle is going to rotate as the arms are fixed rigidly to the axle so whatever springs you use to lift it the end result is the same with the axle not twisting but rotating so the spring platforms (on the front axle) will twist forward. Over a certain lift aren't you supposed to use caster correction arms to rotate the axle back to correct angle
Agreed the BP springs shouldn't have this issue with a gap between the spring and spring seat, have you thought about contacting BP direct, they do have a technical department in Caerphilly and I know one of the guys that works there if that helps Soon to be without a Frontera after 10 years of owning one
Re: Help pleasewe just put a lift on my mates disco and he had spring retainers for front and back, not sure this would help your situation as i didn't notice his axle twisted. he used terra firma kit
Re: Help pleaseWhat I don't get is I had terrefima +2 on my disco and that didn't tilt the axle that much plus the spring sat on the mount with no problems.
Before you start taking anything off that some photos of the spring mounts and check the angle of the front prop i hate having Dyslexia
Re: Help pleaseSorry bud I can't make it this weekend. I hope you get it sorted! What's the rear axle like? I guess the arms are longer so it hasn't twisted as much?
