I have a Frontera T reg. How do I find out whether its A or B.
I know this may be a daft question but I really have no idea
of the difference!

Re: A series and B seriesFor a lwb, look at the fuel filler. If it's on the drivers side it's an A series, and on the passenger side it's a B series. Not sure if this applies to the short wheelbase models though

Re: A series and B seriesSimplest and most obvious way - do you have a button on the dashboard for activating the 4x4 system, and the corresponding green flashing light on the clocks?
If yes, then B-series. If no, then A-series. Your car is late enough compared to the changeover period that it's almost certainly a B, but there are occasionally cars that lurk in dealer compounds and turn up on "wrong" plates when they get registered Jim...
