Presumably.
Although I'd be prepared to bet that the Vx price minus the £40 voucher probably wouldn't be much cheaper than simply buying a set of pads from a factor.

Still, looks like it's worth joining up though - free, and just in case you *do* need to have something done by Vx the discount would be useful.
