hello does anyone know how to resize my picture of my car so i can use it as my avatar picture it says its to big how do you resize it

You edit it down to the necessary size with a photo editor?
Try right-clicking on the file on your PC, then selecting "Edit", which will bring up MS Paint. Should do the job for you.
