I remember reading a amazing thread on a petrol 2.2 rebuild ? For the life of me I can't find it !
Can 1 of you guys point me in the the right place please ?

Hmm, well the only one I can think of offhand is Jammywagonwheel's "Project Knuckleskinner" rebuild thread.

If that's not it, well, somebody else will have to help I'm afraid.
That being said though, any info not covered in the above can probably be found with a trawl of user vauxsqueeks' history, as he's done shedloads of 2.2 work.
