Hi guys, Weather is here again to play havoc with the rubbers and icing up:: Does anyone have a deffinitive answer to stop this happening: Broke my back door handle 3 years ago, fixed it with plastic strip underneath, works, you cannot see it or feel it: Right game in the morning trying to get the dog in for her walk up the river, just stands and looks at me as if to Say::: "He Cannot even open the doors" Hoping for an answer to this problem before it really gets really low temparatures: Colin:UK.

I used WD40 on the drivers door rubbers to see if it would help and it has up to now

Have a read of this Colin http://www.fronteraowners.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=52177I'm going to acquire some spray silicone for the rubber seals on my doors and windows, but you may find that sticky doors is a problem with the locking mechanism inside freezing up - I know that's why I couldn't open the rear door yesterday to put the dog in.

I only Ever use silicon spray on the rubber seals..a good squirt into the door lock of WD just to keep it free. Works for me, quite fun watching people yanking the handles off their cars and then just walking out and opening ours with no fuss...
