Non frontera MOT on Friday 13th

Anybody think I'm pushing my luck with this 1 today ?
Hopefully he is in a good mood , and me being a local turns him into a nice guys !!!!!

So what happens if you take your Vehicle over to the UK? and your vehicle is involved in an accident please?.. Because over here your vehicle is not legal unless it has road tax and MOT. And insurance, and you can't get road tax without MOT & Insurance ....

hi mate different system here i can come to the uk and i'm legal that goes for europe etc we can still be pulled by the police and the vehicel checked for road worthyness just as in the uk but in a way i miss the mot cos it was a good indicator of what may need doing !! as for the road tax i pay my anual insurance which includes the "road tax" but my insurance for the year is £230 fully comp

but as i say cos the car is registered in jersey and has "J" plates i can go anywhere and i'm legal just as you can go abroard and do the same !another example of rip off britain but you have to remember the island is only 9 miles by 5 miles and has a blanket speed limit of 40 mph but then you get the mega rich that live here and when you pull up at the lights and there's a brand new aston martin or similar next to you i do laugh cos the roads here are narrow and the road surface aint great so why have a £200,000 sports car i'm more than happy with my fronty . and we pay more in duty on our petrol here to but i still only paid £1.19 a liter yesterday so you work that out .

That was still 30p cheaper than i paid this morning for my fuel!!!!

so how did the mot go ??????

Yeah I like the idea of an MOT as at least you know your vehicle is safe to be on the road

Seems odd he hasn't said if it has or hasn't passed....Thinking about it maybe it hasn't

Sorry guys Iv been away ( poorly gran RIP nan xxx)
She needed 1 tyre ( should have been 3 really ) ball joint and track rod ends !
Not bad considering Iv done 30k in her in past 12 months
