Fronty gotta go :(

I hate the thought of getting rid of the old green Fronty but having got the Essex Girl who has a fully operation clutch for towing the trailer and a more sound chassis, it makes sense to get some cash in the pot for maintaining Sharon (aka the Essex Girl) and so on.

So I need your opinions please guys, the green machine is an X reg, 2.2dti, limited, as shown in my profile pic, as mentioned the clutch is ok for general driving but not good for towing, and the chassis has been patched up a couple of times in the couple of years I've had it. Inside is in good nick, nothing a hoover and a bit of polish wouldn't sort but the matrix has been known to leak in the winter and the clocks only work when they feel like it. It does however, have an MOT on it til October, no tax tho. I'd like to think about £800 might be reasonable, what does the panel think?
