Miserable Frontera Owners

Is it me or have you noticed that every Fronty you see coming the other way wont acknowledge that you are there.?

As an ex Smart driver I got used to other Smart owners flashing, waving and tooting to say hello when the cars passed each other.

Beetle and Kamper owners do it, even classic Ford owners do too, so come on Say hello to your fellow Frontera owners.

If I flash you, show your support and flash back, dont look at me like I am an idiot............ remember you drive the same car as me.

it takes me a fair few seconds before my brain realises that there is another frontera is close by..just ask Drifty..

I usually see you turn your head just as I pass going the opposite way :lol:

They always acknowledge me,they always look point and go thats a frontera :wtf:

mind you if you had my truck, it would make you seriously miserable with the ££££££££ :roll:

i get waved at by landcruisers and rangerovers all the time around here ... reckon it's more of a 4x4 community in Wirral :lol:

theres only reecy who waves back near me and he is a member here

theres loads of other fronties in town really surprised theres not more members, i always get a wave from fudge though

I got to be honest there are a few that i aknowledged and they have since on meeting said they did'nt return the aknowledgement because they were to busy looking at the truck by which times i had gone past! :crazy:

As a biker I nod to every biker but you're right most people in frontys round by me are either to miserable or too old and have the reactions of drift.
They probably do flash back but not til they're a mile on down the road or on their driveway.

I'm in Dyce Scotland and I think Frontys are a bit of a rarity up here...I've only seen one other a LWB but we do flash each other, but I'm a bit of a Drift :!:

when we had the old girl everyone round her new us.infact we had one fronty owner (not on this site)that used to wave at us then he would stop and chat if we was on the drive and when we moved he was still able to track us down :shock:

Not quite sure on the thinking behind waving at others just because they have the same car, not run of the mill ones anyway
