i finished work at 3:15am i wanted a krispy kreme doughnut so went to tescos for one or two. when i walked out i noticed a transit speeding off then i saw the damage to my car 3 of the 4 fog lights in the bumper broken plus the foam A bar has 2 splits in it. did'nt get his/her number plate, no cctv in the car park. i am so p155ed off now :x :x :evil: :evil: :evil:

Very sorry to hear that Andy, its rare for tescos not to have cctv out side covering their car parks. I would be inclined to double check my self.

I would do as adyclemo and fogman said check with the store.Some stores now have cctv checking vehicles in and out so they can fine you for going over the time limit.You know roughly the time it happened so you might get the reg that way.

just watch they are not planing an insurance job, saying they got back to there van, and it was damaged, this is the reg number, (and they give in yours,)

Also it was front damage to yours so might claim you drove into them ... I would notify the police to cover yourself.

Even if they don't have CCTV they may well have number plate readers. If they do there should be a sign near the entrance to the car park somewhere

but...

Has it improved your approach angle slightly??? (always trying to find the positive, no matter how well hidden it might be!)

The A bar repair was free, already had the fibre glass. The fog lights are only cheap one's of ebay £15 tops. Plus I think it looks better with the metal mash. :D
