Dash fix?

Can anyone on here perform the dash fix (on a W-reg B series LWB 2.2 DTi) for a fee? Or is there anywhere in the Bristol area that does it?

It's the usual - instruments only work properly when the side or main lights are on, but what's on or off or registering is often a bit random. It's mainly the speedo.
I'm not good at fiddly stuff.

I'd rather ask here, where the experts congregate, than anywhere else.
