exhaust fabricators in wirral area

just found the rear weld on the centre section has given way , leading to the tail pipe swinging around and knocking on the rear bumper :cry:

having seen the price of vx parts i reckon a stainless steel system from tha cat back is the best way to go ...

i've had stuff in the past from a bloke in queensferry , but wondered if anyone can recommend anywhere else in my area

What used to be Peco exhausts (can't remember their new name) are on the wirral and might be able to do something (I have a friend who uses them a lot so might be able to get you a contact). Also if you can travel a bit further down the M62 then Blueflame exhausts are also up your way. They did my old 4 cylinder esprit for me and built it on the car.

Ooo we where out shooting clays with the owner of Peco exhausts near Chester a couple of months ago.

ok, ask him how much for mine

took it to deeside today , parts ordered , going in on tuesday morning for fitting

ATS wanted 340 quid for a pattern part !!! bit steep :evil:

full system with two silencers ( i use the word silencer loosely :wink:

) and my choice of tailpipe is 375 ... could most likely get it cheaper elsewhere , but it's close to home and i get a lifetime warranty ... the bloke at ATS said there silencer would last 4 years , tops ..... nuff said
