mot

Postby fynn on Thu Mar 17, 2011 9:22 pm

happy days.stumpy passed her Stanice Teknika Controla (mot) today.
that gives me two years of trouble free motoring :?:
i dont want this to seem long, but i think it is important
to those of you who live on mainland gb.
your mot is so easy.in norn ireland the mot centres are government
run.they have machines that will shake your beloved to bits to
the point that you could need a wheelbarrow to bring her home.
the machine is either c--p or calibrated to fine.
example:-friend of mine has garage and is top man.
had a punto to mot, failed on rear swinging arm bearing,
so,true to form you must buy complete arm,i didnt ask how
mutch.new arm fitted and back to mot.failed!
finaly, after receipts were produced they passed it.
my point is here that this system is coming round the corner
at you,and you must do all you can to resist it.advisory notice in ni? no chance

very true the mot here in N.ireland is a nightmare. the last time i took the truck for its test or more like it anual hammering there was four testers in over and under the truck at the one time. at one point all four where jumping about inside it pulling on the seat belts and the seats themselves. it was like watching monkeys at the zoo  and that was before they put it on the machine that shakes the c##p out of it. they really test the cars to the limit. somtimes it can be hard to watch
my 3.1 fly's by the 3.0's like there ther sitting still. coz the most of them are.

where did you go? downpatrick or lisburn?
lisburn is worst but at the time i couldnt go to downpatrick
for obvious reasons.question is, who are these guys?
are they failed motor machanics or motor mechanics
who dont want to work.i nor anyone else who i knew
in that trade has ever seen a diploma cert.,exam pass,
or any other means of establishing their credibility.
maybe we could do pm as i have more issues
