Hi, Anyone else tried Astonish Anti-Fog Glass Cleaner-non smear? I remember now why it's on the garage shelf and not in the car.
After telling you how to use and how not use it they say 'Condensation may form on cold windows that will eventually clear.'
So just when you need it - on cold windows, cos warm windows don't mist up - it doesn't work.
So do you wait until the engine warms up and the heater clears the fog. Of course not you need to get somewhere, so you take a cloth or the back of your gloves and wipe it away. Or you try, because it doesn't like being wiped away, and guess what - it smears.
I hate to throw things away so wondered if <5% Anionic Surfactants would allow me to drink it. But no I'd have to seek medical advice. Also after use I have to wash my hands; Rinse skin with water if accidentally spilt; Avoid breathing spray; If contact made with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. Who would read all this small print before using the product?
There is a positive. The container is good with a very good spray gun, into which you can decant her indoors' supermarket window cleaner. It probably has all the same warnings but it's only 99p a bucket.
