Im wanting some advice re: the above. I'm thinking of going to buy it over the weekend but I know nothing about the b series or the 2.2 dti.
I've had 3 frontys so far and was ideally after a 2.5 or 2.8. How do these compare to the older ones etc?
Any advice or info in comparison would be gratefully received

Looks alright - 2.2dTi is a nice Engine. Used to have one as Automatic and couldn't complain about it. Make sure everything is in working order, check the service history and have a good look around it. A bit Oil on the engine might be ok but lots of it could indicate a gasket failure etc. Check for smoke or rough sounds - i usually like to start the Engine from cold, to see & hear what's going on.
