Im not sure but if those 30L are the same as the Trooper 30L, which I suspect they are going by the car's age then they tend to blow up with serious injector problems, there was a huge recall on them.

It uses the Izusu Vehicross Torque on demand system. Also the Isuzu Trooper 3.0 TD. There was a massive recall on the engine to have the injector sleeves (and a few other things addressed) They are still offering a free recall on the sleeve upgrade. The issue was the sleeves had two o'rings on them. The o'rings were meant to keep the oil, fuel and coolant seperate, however they originally under spec'd the tolerances and after a while gaps would open and allow fuel into the oil, causing issues as you can guess. The engine itself is great, once you have had the work done on it though. Lots of power and torque, however if you are trhinking of buying it I would get the VIN and contact Isuzu and get them to check wether its had the recall work done or not.
