Quiet day today and the wifey doesn't work on Monday so we decided to go for a walk up the first leg of the Wayfarer (from the Hand Hotel end). After a couple of hundred yards we were flagged down by a couple of fully tricked up Landrover Defenders coming back down the lane. One of them leans out of the window and says , you don't wanna go down there mate it's impassable' DOH!!!
Now there has been a TRO on this lane for over a year and the fact is advertised on just about every 4x4 forum you have ever heard of. They had also driven past two huge 'ROAD CLOSED' signs
If ever there was a case of 'All the gear and no idea'' it was these two lemons . FFS
I did mention that it had been TRO'd for over a year and he just looked at me with a perplexed look and drove off.
Is it any wonder we keep losing lanes
