Cruise control

Looking into getting me another fronty but want one with Cruise control did they do one if so what
model do l look for.

Hi Stu,

most of the "B" series Fronty's came with Cruise Control as standard. Just look for the two buttons at the end of the stalk

Now just to decide on diesel or petrol with lpg fitted.

A lot of the B series Deisels are seiously over priced at the minute mate.

Only my opinion but I'd look for the 3.2 V6 which is pretty bullet proof usually and can be picked up for next to nothing. A non runner can be had for less than £300 if you fancy a project ? Or a decent low (ish) mileage one can be had for £1000 to £1500 or even late 02 to 03 plates have been changing hands for £1800 to £2500 recently. Depends on your budget really ?

Decent LPG with tank under the vehicle, NOT in the boot, will set you back £1300 to £1500 depending on who you go to

Thanks again for the info as for the lpg yes tank would have to be under neath, My last one had the tank in the boot lost
to much space.

Hi, I have a diesel 2.2 Fronty B series.

The only thing it didn't have was the cruise control.

Managed to get hold of the stalk assembly from a 3.2 v6 which had the cruise stalk which is modified indicator.

Just replaced the existing stalk unit plugged in and took it to dealer to have Tech 2 done to get working.

Works fine now.

The B series diesels didnt have cruise control as standard but do have the wiring and plugs already fitted inside the steering cowling. You basically just need the stalks off a 3.2v6 and simple swap over, plug n play
