radiator fan

i have a few questions.
1: is a 2.0lt sport fan the same as 2.2 fan? i know a 2.2 will fit my 2.5 radiator but there not so easy to find.
2: if i fitted a 2.0/2.2 electric fan would it be efficient enough to cool my 2.5 tds? or should i be looking at a twin fan setup?
3: will a twin fan from a 2.2 frontera B fit my 2.5 frontera A radiator?

how do bud, i am running a 2.0l at the moment with a zafira fan instead of the proper frontera1 as i could not find a proper 2.0l.
look through your local scrap yard thay will ahve something that will fit.

What are twin fans off cos i got a set of twins n cant remember what they come off

just abt you for the 2.5 you may have to make a bracket up to bolt it to the rad as you have the intercooler pipe on the drivers side of the rad. on mine it was a tight fit and is wedgeg on that side and used a zip tie at the top and it aint moved yet. i will see if i can get some pics if you want

My 2.5 came with twin fans infront of the rad , only come on with the aircon , but I dare say the could be wired up to a temp switch . hope this helps

well ive now got my viscous up and running again but im still going to do an electric conversion in time,the aircon fans is another option cheers
