How to or sticky in 2.2 section?

Just wondering if these inlet manifold cleaning posts could be posted in either the how to section or as a sticky in the 2.2 diesel section. I've been hunting for this for ages cos it had the all of the correct torque values etc in it and good photo's...and yes i'd completely forgotten that i'd replied in that thread and could have found it in "view my posts"
