Got home from work last night at 11:30 parked up my VW Golf, came out this morning to go and let the horses out and some Tw-t has smashed me rear drivers side window rolled the car back out the way of the pub CCTV and nicked the radio front !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :oh yer:

DOH!!!!!!!!!!!! No good without the back.

Sorry to hear this mate but unfortunately, a lot of people don't give a f*** about others people property. Had the wheels nicked of my previous car and scratched, Fronty scratched, luckily never a Window smashed - just wish for their sake that never catch one of them - woohoo, this would be a nasty party :twisted:

Hopefully we have got them on the pub cctv moving it, and iv got a susspision of who it was just need to see the film!

might have been disturbed fella before they managed to get it all out, but beware, had something similar on a car years ago, they smashed a quarter panel window took the front off radio and loosened some fixings but nothing else , so i thought well thats it then...two nights later the twots come back and finished the job :evil:

Bugger. Sorry to hear it bud. Was the same when I went to Ireland last year, 2 windows smashed and all they took were 2 torches. Stereo etc all intact.

As you say Bobby, whats that all about, purely mindless, feel for you mate. Hope you find out who it is and they get there commupance. As others have said, keep your eyes peeled in case they come back for another go.

They are idiots arent they....well some of them are....some (which are worse) are actually quite smart....
The logic....nick the face of the stereo, easy peasy no tools needed, come back a week later and nick the nice shiny "new" headunit that now replaces the one with the missing face!...

This logic was commonly used with house burglary's....the gits would rob your house of all the goodies, they return a month or so later to nick all the brand spanking new stuff that the insurance company had replaced the missing stuff with....the first job was almost a neccesary evil on their part to get the greater bounty on the return visit...
And they normally knew when the stuff came by watching for the LCD tv boxes stacked up next to the wheely bin on rubbish day...some of the gits even nick the boxes so they can pack the TV's back up when they nick em again and then pass em off as new for more £££'s....

Believe me, this is quite common, worked delivering electrical goods for years, a fair chunk of it was insurance replacement stuff, and sometimes several times to the same addresses!!!

If it was me I would find out if you can identify the perp from the cctv, and "educate" him all the way to the cash point machine for some compensation...

The now useless headunit could get some razor blades superglued to the back of the casing and then be refitted....at least then if they come back and nick it, and quickly shove it inside their coat out of sight....the thief will be easily indentified as the hoody having multiple stitches in casualty!!! A least there will then be dna evidence a plenty at the scene if the cctv is clear!!!

Vehicle now safe in my garden locked alarmed, getting a window from breakers in the morning. As my missus say's "What goes around comes around"

Boss lady only indoors, if we get a sniff of who dun it. Pacemaker or not, old or not i'm bloody fuming, little shits. they will b in my boot and off to a nice field with only the motorway for company and they can scream all they bloody well want to they wont do it again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well people cost me £15 from local breakers and some inconvenience. Took longer to hoover the bloody glass out than it did to put in the new window. All back to normal! watch this space for update on scroats when found!!!! :mrgreen:

glad you got it sorted mate....now just have to find the scroats that did it and forcible extract compensation!!! :axe:
