The fella that lives over the road from me tells me the Merseyside Local Access Forum is looking for a 4x4 rep. They only meet 3 times a year so it won't be too much work I shouldn't think.

Looks to me like they just want a 4x4 greenlaner to give his views and to mediate between 4x4folk and the others on the panel.
Whoever does it might get fuel expenses etc. to do a bit of what he does anyway.
And a lot of info about where all the lanes are and could be.
If you need something done quickly just ask a busy woman then get the f"k out of her way.

Andy othewr than the Wirral that has a couple of lanes no where has any legal ROW, Parbold is in Lancashire and that only has a few lanes, most tarmaced.

It would still be good to have the views of the 4x4 community represented. Aparently this is an official government advisory panel type thing.
