Hi.

Car ramps are safe as long as you have them lined up properly. If you are going to use them on your own without anyone guding you up them, make sure you have them lined up straight and put the drivers window right down and look out the window. My best friend has a car park behind his house and we put the ramps up against the kerb. Take great care in putting your motor up the ramps and when your taking the motor off the ramps and once your motor is on the ramps, for afety chock the rear or front wheels.

if you select 4wd before going on to ramps it will stop them sliding out from under the front wheels.

Hi, I use 2 pairs of ramps, pop it into 4x4 low and reverse the whole vehicle off the ground. As the man said - be careful.

It was once said that the Devil would never dare to cross the River Tamar into Cornwall for fear of ending up as a filling in a Cornish Pasty.
