Easiest way is to open an account with photobucket http://s690.photobucket.com
you can then upload your pickies to there and resize them at the same time..
Then all you have to do is copy and paste the IMG Code of each picture you want to post from photobucket into the text of your posting...
Really easy when you have a go....If I can do it anyone can believe me! :shock: :shock:
